How do I book my Party?

Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your party date and time, a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required with a signed party contract. We suggest booking at least one to two months in advance, although last minute reservations may be accommodated if schedule permits.

How do I hold a date?

If you have made a decision to book a party and will not be able to come to the store for a few days and want to ensure your date and time is not taken, we can take a non-refundable $200.00 credit card deposit over the phone. You can then come in to pick up the invitations and sign the contract when you are available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may pay by check for your party deposit but final payment must be made the day of your party by cash or credit card.

What if I have to cancel my Party?

Once your deposit is paid, parties can only be rescheduled or postponed. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate date for your party based upon our availability. If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

What if there is a snow storm or my child gets sick?

In the event of inclement weather Lipstick & Lollipops, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party. If the birthday girl has a medical emergency a doctor’s note will be required and we will gladly reschedule her party for the next available date.
